(1) - My works -,
I am a fulltime artist and fursuit maker but it is a long procedure to creating something unique so please take your time!
1.1 Fursuit materials I use :
Head :
material
- 3D printed head base with TPU
-Following 3D eyes
-static jaw / (moving jaw in testing)
-Detailed mouth: resin/plush teeth, fabric (plush) tongue
-Zipper on the back of the head
-Lined head inner
Paws:
- 4 or 5 fingered
-Lined
-Fabric claws
-Fabric pawpads
Ask for other types of hands
Tail :
-Fixed holding (belt needed)
-All sizes (Small, Middle, Large)
(Ask for more types)
_(2) Taking a slot2.1 Make sure my fursuit commission slots are Open
2.2 Prices will be calculated and a quote will be sent out via email / telegram only when your application is accepted by me.
(Shipping not included, will be added in the end of the making)
2.3 I won’t do pre- pricing or quotes before openings.
2.4 I work with my own material I choose. If you need special materials ask first and if it is possible to purchasing I will count with the new prices. (Fur colors, fur types or other)
2.5 I will work on your suit after I got 50% of the suit price
2.6 Commissioning me means you are read and accepted the ToS
2.7 I will send you Work-In-Progress pictures during the making when - I finished a section or some part is questionable
2.8 If you're not able to pay in time someone else can take your slot
-(3) - Payment3.1 You can pay through bank transfer or Revolut
Paypal is having common issues with accounts BUT if you are willing to pay the +12% of the whole payment we can work with that.
3.2 Only EUR !!
3.3 No refunds after the project is started. (However there can be exceptions)
3.4 I will not hold your money for months just for placing your slot. You have to pay before I start within a week.
3.5 You can contact me in social media but please do not force me to make your character(4) - Workflow4.1 I will give you a FREE concept art of the fursuit based on your refsheet.
( Artistic liberty is also an option)
4.2 Working time is between 1-6 months depends on difficulty or what you commissioned. Partials usually finished within 2 months and fullsuits under 6 months if I purchased all the material (If it is not in stock I will tell you how much we have to wait for the restock)
4.3 It is possible if I am not able to work (for example due to an accident) I can stop for a few weeks or I will continue but slower than before. It can cause extra month but not too frequent happening.
4.4 Important! I will accept smaller changings if needed because you know your character better than I BUT Please keep in mind you choose a maker because you like their style. Don't try to change the styles!!
-Smaller acceptable changes for example : Smaller horns, longer ears, different shape of nose etc.
-Bigger not acceptable changer for excample : Different shape of the head / eyes or making something differently because you know a "better way".
If you know a trick to make something you saw you can ask and If I can do that but don't force it on me.
-(5) - Shipping5.1 Once the product is finished I will send you the final pictures.
5.2 I ship WORLDWIDE!
5.3 I will calculate the shipping cost after the commission is finished.(It must be sent before I ship)
5.4 Pickups available in Hungary or Home delivery around the country (based on discussion)
5.5 Invoice will be send through email/ Telegram, I can send a printed version too if necessary.
5.6 I am shipping the fastest way with tracking number.
5.7 Once I sent I cannot do anything with lost or damaged packs. (Never lost or damaged before)
5.8 I am not responsible for the shipping fees, you have to pay for it.(6) - GDPR6.1 Your personal datas never used for advertising. Never will be given to 3rd party.(7) - Artist rights7.1 I have the right to post any wips or the final artwork and re-use in any websites as examples.
7.2 I have the right to cancel a commission if the commissioner is rude or cannot communicate correctly.
7.3 I have the right to cancel a commission. (payment will be fully refunded)
7.4 If I find out about you doing NSFW activity in your fursuit I won’t do repair. I don’t care if it “didn’t touched any part”(8) - Commissioners right8.1 You are allowed to share the wips with others
8.2 If you post the work on social media you can mention me as the maker but you are NOT allowed to say you made what you did not.
8.3 You reserve the right to ask other makers to modify the work but I no longer will help with that.
8.4 You are allowed to re-sell the product as it is yours but must be the same price you bought or lower. Cannot be higher!
8.5 You have the right to cancel the commission before the payment if you have a reason. If you are 'playing' or just wasting my time you might be on blacklist after that.
8.6 You have the right to say you want to keep the project private until a reveal - it can be the finish deadline OR arriving OR if it is a gift until the owner gets the project.(9) - Other
